What it does not include is a person assigned to your account: there is no account manager, no strategy calls, and no custom campaign work. It is software, with support by message and email.

Our AI generates on-brand posts, videos, and images based on your practice. Every item lands in your portal queue to edit, approve, or reject, and anything you reject never runs. Approved content then publishes automatically to Instagram, Facebook, WordPress, and Google Business Profile. If something sits unreviewed, we send reminders and publish it on its schedule after about two weeks so your feed does not go quiet.

Yes — HIPAA-aware, not HIPAA-certified. Posts run a PHI Check in the approval screen, and an SSN or medical-record number blocks approval outright. AI review replies are checked for medical terms and health references, and a flagged reply is held back as a draft for you rather than posted. On Pro and above, replies to positive reviews that clear that check are posted automatically; you can switch that off in Settings if you would rather see every one first. We do not currently offer a Business Associate Agreement — contact us before you connect an account if your practice requires one.

AI content generation, an approval workflow, and branded image overlays are on every plan. Higher tiers add short-form video, AI images via Google Imagen, the local SEO and reputation suite, and Google + Meta ad intelligence.

Yes. Our Website Builder add-on builds your practice site from a design you choose and hosts it on Cloudflare’s global CDN, with approved blog posts publishing automatically. It is built to be found in local search and AI answers; it is not a custom design project. On the Practice Group plan the Express setup fee is included and the same amount comes off Managed setup; the monthly management fee still applies.

Yes. Listing an extra location for address and directions is always free. Shared publishing — where the office posts through your main accounts but still gets its own Google Business Profile posts and its own reviews in your inbox — is $49/mo per office. Giving an office its own separate social accounts and blog is $199/mo. The Practice Group plan includes two extra offices at no extra charge.
